Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: Unopened, unaltered, and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price. If you are unsatisfied with your product after modifying the original package in any way, you may also request a return for a full/partial refund. We only ask that you let us know what happened, or why the product is not satisfactory.

Damaged Products: If your item is damaged as a result of shipping, please open a case and note that your product was defective or damaged. We will refund your payment. Please help us and send photo(s) in your claim.

To Open a Claim: Please email us at sales@cbgenius.net with the email header “Refund Request” and we will open your case and review promptly. Please keep in mind processing refunds may take up to 2 business weeks. Refunds may only be issued in the original form of payment of the associated order.
