Returns: Unopened, unaltered, and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price. If you are unsatisfied with your product after modifying the original package in any way, you may request a return for a full or partial refund, but we offer no guarantee your case will be resolved to prevent fraud.
Damaged Products: If your item is damaged as a result of shipping, please open a case and note that your product was defective or damaged. We may require a restocking fee is there is evidence of physical altercation such as dropping or intentional damage. Please send photo(s) in your claim and based on the evidence we may refund, replace, partially refund, or refund with a restocking fee.
